The Angel Hearts shop is a space that showcase the talented abilities of our volunteers who create and handmade these variety of handmade items, of which many are limited editions.

Every sale goes towards the long term sustainability of Angel Hearts.

We need your support.


All items comes with a card or label that identifies the product is from Angel Hearts.

Gift packaging is available, please request in the notes section.

Bulk orders are available for certain products. Free courier delivery above $200 in one order.



You may view your order status in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.


Your order status is reflected next to your order number.
We regret to inform you that you will NOT be able to cancel or make amendments to your order once your order has been successfully placed.


Pending Your order has been successfully placed
Processing Your order is currently being processed
Picked Your item(s) is currently being picked
Shipped Your order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with tracking number sent to you
On hold Your order is currently pending for more information before we are able to proceed with your order
Pending Cancellation Your request for cancellation has been received
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled





Once your order is shipped, you may track your order in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.


Click on the ‘View Order’ button that corresponds to your order number, and select ‘Shipment’ to view your tracking number. Alternatively, you may refer to the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.



DUTIES & TAXES (Singapore only)


Please note that purchases are not tax exempt.




All online orders by mail are fulfilled by SingPost. Door to door delivery by independent couriers

Your orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 working days upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment. For urgent delivery please contact us for a customised arrangement.

We do not ship internationally.


As our delivery is outsourced to an external service provider, kindly note that we are guided by our service provider’s policies for unsuccessful delivery.

For Singpost, please note that normal mail is not traceable and we will not be liable for any lost mails.For registered post an additional $2.24 surcharge is payable on top of normal post fee.


  1. For online payment, please enable pop-ups in your browser
  2. All transactions are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  3. We accept payment by PAYPAL All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Orders will be delivered after payment has been received and confirmed.


  • All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
  • Please note that as all our items are handmade with love, there will be slight variations that will not affect the function of the product.
  • For sewn items, please note that print placement may differ from photo.
  • In the event of a defect, please email us the following information to within 24 hours from the time received.
    1. Order Number
    2. Picture of the defective merchandise
    3. Date of Purchase
  • Angel Hearts will look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
  • Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 3 days of delivery for replacement or refund of the purchase price should the product or be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.


Angel Hearts and its team reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion.
