Pregnancy loss can leave one feeling lonely, anxious, and emotionally overwhelmed. We aim to help bereaved families heal, find hope, and build resilience together. Our grief program support group provides a safe space for mothers who have lost an unborn baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or other forms of pregnancy loss. We offer a guided approach to support the complexities of grief and healing.
Our grief program support group is a safe space for mothers who have experienced the loss of an unborn baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or any other form of pregnancy loss. The aim is to support one another while we navigate the complex journey of grief and healing together.
The grief program support group is structured to provide both collective healing and individualised care for the participants. Over the course of four sessions, conducted within a group setting, members engage in shared discussions facilitated by two experienced counsellors.
These sessions serve as a platform for mutual support and will focus on topics such as Navigating Complex Emotions (especially in the work place and the social circle), the Mother’s Self Esteem, Self-Care Practices, Coping Strategies, Psychoeducation on Grief & Loss, and Remembering & Honouring.
• The program includes 4 sessions for 2 hours and guided by 2 trained counsellors experienced in trauma and loss.
• At the end of the program, participants can have a complimentary 1-1 session with one of the counsellor.
• The Grief Program Support Group participation fee is $300, covering administrative costs to keep the program sustainable.
The fifth session is designed for one-on-one check-ins with each participant, offering personalised attention to address their specific emotional needs and progress.
By extending a helping hand to one another, mothers can find strength within the community, knowing they are not alone on their journey towards healing and hope.
